Shreevallabha Alavakonda

Shreevallabha started with circuits and microcontrollers — devices with no spare memory, no second chances, and no way to hide a bad decision behind more compute. That apprenticeship set a standard he never dropped when he moved into software: design for the constraints that actually exist, and treat anything that only works in a demo as unfinished.

He and Bharath were at school together, which meant that when they began building for clients in 2020 they skipped the part where co-founders spend a year discovering they disagree about everything. The division of labour arrived on its own — Bharath took the room, Shreevallabha took the system — and it has not needed renegotiating since.

As Delivery Director he owns what gets built and how it is built to last: architecture, technology choices, the review standard, and the question that ends most debates internally, which is what this looks like in eighteen months when the volume has tripled and the person who wrote it has moved on. For clients without a technical leader of their own, he takes that role directly, carrying a product from first prototype to something that can carry real load.

He is an active Toastmasters member and speaks regularly — a habit that shows up in how the team explains technical decisions to people who do not want a technical answer. Born and raised in Bangalore, and still building from there.
